Marsh & Mallow is diepzwart van kleur met robijnrode nuances en een romige, tan-kleurige schuimkraag. Het aroma combineert geroosterde mout, cacao en vanille, met subtiele marshmallowtonen. De smaak is evenwichtig, met chocolade, milde koffie en karamel. Een fluweelzacht mondgevoel en lichte koolzuur zorgen voor verfijning. De afdronk blijft lang hangen met tonen van cacao en vanille.

33cl Blik van ONP5. Zwarte kleur, beige kraag. Geur is erg zoet, vanillesuiker, suikerspin, licht gebrand, smaak is wat meer gebrand, hint van koffie, niet zo zoet als de geur gelukkig, degelijk bitter. Lichte body. Best oké.

Sensory Session #144: Brown color and a nice off-white head. Nose Is roasty sweet, Vanilla, Marshmallow, Vanilla. Taste Is roasty-malty, Vanilla and sweet Marshmallow. Roasty and sweet Finish. Rather Light Body.

Aus der Dose (canned 31.03.2025) im 2025-09 getrunken. Dieses cremige, alkoholfreie Porter erinnert an ein Schoko-Keks mit Vanille-Creme. Nach hinter wirkt es etwas dünn. Jedoch wenn man 3-4 Schluck hintereinandern nimmt ist der Abgang doch vollmundiger. Für ein Alkoholfreies Ale ein richtig Tolles, mit schöner Harmonie der Aromen.

0.33 l can from 'Mr. Hop', best before March 2026. Clear, very dark ruby to black with a large, frothy, almost stable, beige head. Sweetish-malty, gently roasty aroma of caramel, cocoa, coffee and vanilla. Quite sweet, malty, gently roasty, slightly bitter and a little artificial taste of caramel, cocoa, coffee, vanilla, some burnt bread crust and light gummy bear, followed by a short, moderately roasty-bitter, a little dry finish. Medium body, gently effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Quite okay, would be even better if it wasn't for that subtle artificial taste in the finish.
