A quarter-century of independent brewing deserves a party in a can. Brewed to celebrate 25 years this Pale Ale brings together our powerhouse friends Simpsons Malt and BarthHaas to create a bright, crisp 5.0% Pale.
Its golden pour bursts with aromas of fresh pineapple, tangerine, and peach, thanks to a hop trio of Citra, BRU-1, and El Dorado. The mouthfeel is soft yet snappy, carrying waves of citrus sorbet, stone fruit, and subtle resin over a clean, biscuity malt base from Simpsons' finest grain

3/4/2026. Can at the Good Friday ITFC beer share. From Seven Cellars, Brighton. Pours well. Aroma is citrusy, grapefruit, grassy, tropical, pineapple, rubbery, touch resinous. Medium sweetness, light to moderate bitterness. Touch tart. A little foamy. Well done toast to 25 years.

Notable 25 year anniversaries in 2025 include Putin elected Russian president for the first time, Concord crashes in Paris and the Chernobyl Power plant shuts down its final reactors. This anniversary beer is hazy yellow-gold with a small head. Pine based mild tropical fruit brew. Fitting enough for a celebration ale.

Happy 25th Wylam! Still a firm favourite of mine.
440ml can. Hazy yellow, huge white head. Aroma of pineapple and grapefruit, lemon zest. Taste is very citrusy, zesty, pineapple, lemon and grapefruit, some tropical fruit, pithy fruity hop finish. Medium bodied.
