Bottle. Slightly hazy light orange-brown body, thin off-white head. Sour nose, tropical fruit juice and catty bitterness. Perfumy, light, sweet and sour body with biting carbonation; juicy tropical fruit medley with a catty herbal finish, like a session pale ale with lactic acid. Quaffable and refreshing summer beer.

Bottle. Sour milk, vinegar, lemon, biscuit malt, and hay aroma. Golden yellow with small head. Mildly sweet lemon, biscuit malt, mildly sour lactic acid/vinegar, and mildly bitter hay flavor. Body a bit light.

12 ounce bottle. Foamy white head. Sour malt nose hints at brine and vinegar. Flavor upfront is sweet and sour malt. Earthy, prickly pear notes. Tart, citrusy notes of lemon and elderberries. Some tropical fruit in finish. Think pineapple and star fruit.

Bottle from Craft Brewed. Pours an unclear gold with a small finger of foam that dissipates quickly. Big hop forward nose with lemon, grass and bright tangerine citrus aromas. Tart on the palate, lime and citrus flavors. Lingering tartness. I like this one a lot, especially for the abv.

Sampled from a bottle this beer poured a cloudy dark golden color with a large foamy orange-white head that lingered and left a bit of lacing. The aroma was funky, musty and sour with a lemon candy note. The flavor as tangy and sour with lemon candy and yeast. Medium length finish. Medium body.

Bottle/Fest. A- Funky, barnyard, lemon juice. A- Yellow color, clear liquid, white head. T- Lemon, barnyard, funk. P- Light body, average texture, average carbonation, funky finish. O- Balanced refreshing brew. Would have enjoyed it more in the summer than during an ice storm but still tasty. I've heard mixed reviews on this one but enjoyed it myself. The right amount of funk which I was surprised with coming from a seemingly non special beer from Bells.

12 oz bottle. Pours a lightly hazy gold with a white head. Kind of a lactic sourness with some hops. Lactic tart flavor again, some citrus pine hoppiness, maybe even a bit like juniper berry. Pretty good overall.
