Row 34 draught, 4/12/23. Hint of haze in the light cherry-blonde body topped by a medium-sized, pink-tinted head that shows strong retention for a sour. Juicy, ebullient cherry with tart, fruity, well-developed Brett. Light to moderate lactic acidity with light oak and supportive, rustic grains. Clean, no alcohol. Great balance of malt, yeast, fruit and bacteria. Juicy cherry mixing with a burst of sour acidity. Washes out with nutty wheat and oaky tannins, leading to light cherry juiciness and mild Brett. Almost a hint of coconut (from barrel). Soft, supportive, well-attenuated malts. Lingering acid, cherry and barrel. Been after this for a looooong time and it did not disappoint.
