Bottle, 0.50l, 4 years old. Aroma is yeasty, musty, vinous, grainy and citrusy. Pours hazy pale golden color with thick creamy white head and sparkling appearance. Taste starts light sweet and sour bready and citrusy, following is zesty, vinous, herbal and toasted malty, mouthfeel is crisp and dry, while finish is medium bitter. Medium body, slick texture and lively carbonation in palate. Funky house...

Bottle. Gusher. Color: Hazy yellow golden, frothy white head. Aroma: Malt, yeast, funk, slightly sour. Taste: Saison yeast, subtle funk and lime notes, herbal and peppery hints. Dry mouthfeel. Moderate sweetness and bitterness and very lightly sour. Not the most complex, but just a good dry and low alcohol Saison.

500ml bottle. Hazy, yellow-ish, pale golden colour with average to huge, frothy to macropore, moderately lasting, well lacing, snow-white head. Spicy aroma has notes of brine, dill, gherkin, hoppy hints of lime, lime peel, weak bretty undertones. Taste is dry, spicy, notes of gherkin, dill, hints of brine, some lime, lime peel, pale malty backgrond with subtle residual sweetness.

Bottle shared at Leighton's place 03/02/2018. Thanks! A hazed yellow straw coloured pour with a finw white head. Aroma is spicy pepercorn, bretty, pineapple, cellery, cedar. Flavour is composed of crisp grains, straw, lemon rind, straw, pineapple, . Nice mellow , Light cucumber, lime. Fresh stuff.

Bottle thanks to LKS. It pours hazy yellow - gold with a massive foamy white head. The aroma is earthy, musty, melon, apple, pear, hay, perfumed, bread, bubblegum and pink marshmallow. The taste crisp, dry, bitter, tart, green apple, pear, melon, gooseberry, sherbet, light acidity and sour candy with a dry finish. Medium body and moderate, foamy carbonation. Quite well rounded and quaffable. Decent gear.

Bottle shared in Hackney - sourced from Beergium. Pours clear yellow with a frothy, pure white head. Nice aroma, a bit of brett funk, lemon peel, dry wheat bread, touches of perfume. Light sweet flavour with more wheat bread, soft funk, lemon, crunchy hay. Light bodied with lively, mouth-filling carbonation. Lightly sweet on the finish, with some white grape, flaked wheat, hay, mellow brett, citric tang. Good stuff overall.

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is hazy golden. Aroma and taste are peppercorn, fruits, flowers, little lactose acid, hops and malt. Nice sweet and fruity finish.
