Bottle at Oedipus. Clear very light straw with big white head. Quite flowery, soap, coriander, lemon, light gooseberries. Light sour and bitter and very light sweet. Over light bodied. Refreshingly tart stuff, quite nice.

Draught at EBF, 2/3/17.
Lightly hazy, pale-blonde-flaxen body shows a small, but firm white head atop.
Perfume and grass emanate from what must be the hop and Brett interplay. There’s some cereal character and lots of house yeast character (sweat, mineral, funk, hard to describe exactly) that is quite pleasant but I don’t know what’s going on here, but it fares about the same as the previous year’s; that is to say, very bready, grassy, perfumey and just too strange. No alcohol or brewing flaws.
It continues in the mouth, with too much tartness and twangy brett giving that real bready/spongey, almost astringent finish with cereal grain, lilac, honey, white bread and more hop bitterness lingering. Doesn’t add up at all and comes off much too brash and messy which is surprising given its size. Very expansive, strong carbonation does not make matters any better.

Draft @ Extreme Beer Fest, 4 Feb, 17. Pours a slightly hazy golden yellow. Aroma is lightly fruity with a weak yeast culture. Subtle Brett.
The flavor is more tart rather than straight up sour. Starts tart and then fizzles off after the sip. This is a little thin in the body mouthfeel. However, the fruit and mild funk in the center gives it a decent balance.
