From bottle outside De Bierkoning, Amsterdam, during Carnivale Brettanomyces 2017. Tart blueberry aroma with slight herbal notes, lightly sweet berries, and a lactic touch of fruit yoghurt. Flavour is medium sour with a little sweetness. Body is medium. Very good blueberry Sour from the young wizard.

Couleur acajou/pâle, col fin rosé/bleuet peu tenace.
Arôme sur un bouquet fruité de baies / mytrilles, rétro-nasal suret/aigre qui ressort avec un nez restant frais fruité/arbuste typique de la myrtille.
Palais est sur un caractère acidulé marqué et assez difficile avec de suite en retrait un fruité de myrtille qui se dégage - après 6 ans le tout reste encore bien fruité et frais. Pour moi, l'acidité est surfaite et donne un fini quasi vinaigre.

Keg at Borefts Day 2 23/09/2017. A hazed blueish plum coloured pour with a no head. Aroma is funky horsey, plum, brett, blueberries. Flavour is composed of dry woody tannin, plum, blueberry. Palate is super dry, tannin, highish carbonation, frothy.

From bottle @ Carnivale Brettanomyces. Blueberries in the somewhat doughy aroma. Purple color. Soft sour flavor with blueberries and lemon. Well rounded. Berry finish. Well balanced. Nice.

Borefts IX, Day 2. Keg. Hazy cherry red beer, no head. Light dry palate, decent fine carbonation. Mildly tart cherry, some lemon. Mild acid. Light finish. Fine.
