Bottle 375ml. @ [ Radikal Whale slaying Tasting ] - Thessaloniki, Greece. [ As Jester King 2016 SPON Raspberry & Cherry ].Unclear - hazy medium red colour with a small to average, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy cherry and rapsberry, sweet cherry & raspberry, tart cherry & raspberry. Flavor is moderate sweet and acidic with a long duration, tart, sour, rasoberry, cherry, dry, funky. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20170429] 9-3-9-3-17

8 3 8 3 17 Draft at Oedpus, Carnivale Brettanomyces opening party 2017. Hazy red with no real head. Aroma of tart red fruits, cherries, jammy and woody notes. Flavour is light sweet and moderate sour. Light medium bodied with soft carbonation. [22/06/2017]

Tap at Oedipus. Hazy deep dark pink with light pink head. Definately lots of cherries and raspberries, soft funk and hay, light minerals, sharp red berries, there’s some sharp granite/sand kind of notes almost going into fermented chilies. Quite fruity, good sharpness but lacks some funk maybe. Over medium sour and under medium bitter. Medium bodied with prickly carbonation. Good effort.

375 ml bottle. Pretty, glowing pink-red color with lace; cloudy. Great raspberry jam nose, cherry, wood, dry. Quite acidic flavor, more than the other 2, with a bit of a burn, and awesome fruit flavors. More sour than the others, yet still soft and not over the top. Lovely stuff, the best of the three we had by far.

Bottle, 375ml. Pours cloudy dark magenta, small off-white pinkish head, decent lacing. Aroma is raspberry, loads of funk, cheese, basement, brett. Flavor is dry, light plus tart, quite funky, nice earthy basement tones with light cheese, horseblanket and the like. Berries dominate, with raspberry taking the forefront. Very lambic-like indeed. Light plus body, soft mouthfeel. Pretty excellent, really.

Bottle at the radikal whale slaying. Pours unclear dark redpink. Smell is super intesne raspberry. Taste is very intense, sour, raspberry, sour, dry. very intense. Very complex and deep. this beer wouldn’t be recognizable as not a lambic when tasted blindly. Very impressive, and just very damn good.

From bottle shared at Ratebeer Best awards and bottle-share. Thanks DJ! Unclear pinkish red color with pinkish head. Yeasty and light malty aroma, funky bretty, barnyard, tart fruity, berries - cherries, grass. Sweet and acidic taste like aroma. Medium oily body with soft carbonation.

[1/29/17] Bottle/Can/Crowler/Growler at the RateBeer award ceremony bottle share at Flamingo Hotel in Santa Rosa. Amazing aroma of funk, oak, raspberries, some cherry. Sour, juicy. Rounded. Awesome.
