440ml can. Crystal clear pale gold, white head. Aroma of mild woody spice, pale grainy malts. Taste of pale malts, grains, light toasty, subtle wood spice that comes through more as it warms, quite dry, very crisp. Light bodied. Great lager.
Just slightly edged it over the Yuzu one for me, this one is crisper and a bit less in your face. Drinkability a tad better then.

Keg at Fierce Aberdeen. Pours clear pale gold with a thin white head. Woodspice and lager malt on the nose. Taste is lemon, rice, spice. Clean finish. Decent lager with a twist.

Can. Bright clear paleish gold beer, small bubbly off white head. Palate is light, fairly dry, good fine minerally carbonation. Thin bodied pale malts, a light sweetness. Fairly clear rice sweetness is well integrated. Light bright Yuzi, tangerine, lemon, touch of grapefruit and black pepper. Light finish. Does what it says on the tin and works fairly well.

Can direct from Fierce. It pours crystal clear pale yellow with a medium fluffy white head. The aroma is rice cakes, sake vibes, damp grass, herbal, peppery spice, juniper, angelica, perfumed and aromatic wood. The taste is crisp, super dry, snappy, quite clean, toasty grains, rice cakes, peppery spice, juniper, fragrant, aromatic cedar and some tannin with a drying finish. Average body and moderate, fluffy carbonation. Prefer this one to the yuzu, which surprised me. Interesting and quenching.
