Pint on tap at Brewerkz, Singapore. Slightly cloudy pale amber beer with thin white head. Medium carbonation. Some lacing. Grainy nose. Light and refreshing with a subtle grain, fruit and malt finish. Pretty much on style and easy-drinking.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Alexey & Raphaela’s place. Thanks troubles. Hazy golden. A bit of hops, honey, oxdiation, some fruity esters, graininess, sweetish, bitter finish, slightly harsh.

Wenig würziger Antrunk mit geringem, später leicht steigendem Hopfen. Geringe Bitterkeit, süffig, monoton. Kölsch gut getroffen. Okay. 10/8/9/8//8

Tap at Brewerkz Riverside Point. Poured a clear medium amber with a thin white head. The aroma is malt, light tropical fruit, some yeasty notes. The flavour is moderate bitter, light sweet with a dry fruity citrus hop bitter palate and a slightly lingering bitter finish. Medium bodied with average carbonation.

Draft at Brewerkz Riverside Point, Singapore. Near clear golden with a white head. Aroma brings out melon upfront, nicely soft tropical fruity hops and citrus notes. Flavour is light sweet and moderate bitter. Light bodied with a nice a juicy hop palate developing from tropical fruit to orange. Soft carbonation. A really excellent Kolsch thanks to the hops.

Deep blond color. The beer is delicate, quite clean; maybe just a tad sweeter than the beers in Cologne, and without grassy hops, but still quite close to the style (which I don’t get excited for though).

Sampler at Brewerkz. Light hazy golden colour, white head. Aroma of some sulfur, metal, grain. Flavour is light flowery, grain, some lemon, grainy bitter finish. Light to medium bodied.

Golden yelow color, small white head. Typical a bit sweet hoppy Kölsch nose. Midly flowery hoppy, easy to drink brew. Clean but simple.

Draught at the brewpub. Pale golden. Orangey nose. Dryish with rounded but clean mouthfeel and fairly light body. It’s ashy, near smokey and has a hoppy, salty finish.
