On tap at GTOM. Pours a hazy copper with small off white head that lasts. The aroma is cherry skin, cranberry, and leather. Slick body, cherry, cranberry, light tartness, good.

From the pictured can this stuff cost $3 at vintage estate. The pour is pale with a slight tint oi orange. The first taste is so welcoming, its moderately tart and fun and easy and so nice. Lot of cutting co2 with the tartness as well. Yummy fun. Tasty tart. Good stuff, a little bit more tartness than a rodenbach and it is a little less civilized than a Flemish, but hey, this stuff is pretty good. In the end, I'm diggen it. Thanks Destihl, just another fine beer from your camp.

12 ounce can into tulip glass, canned on 9/5/2019. Pours slightly hazy medium orange/amber color with a 2 finger fairly dense and fluffy off white head with great retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Nice spotty soapy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of big sour/tart/tangy cranberry, red cherries, fruit skin/pits, lemon, lime, orange, peach, pear, apricot, melon, red/green apple, red grape/wine, hay, straw, grass, wheat, cracker, and white bread dough; with lighter notes of peppercorn, musty/lacto funk, and yeast earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of cranberry, sweet cherry, fruity/acidic yeast, and moderate pale/wheat malt notes; with big strength. Taste of big sour/tart/tangy cranberry, red cherries, fruit skin/pits, lemon, lime, orange, peach, pear, apricot, melon, red/green apple, red grape/wine, hay, straw, grass, wheat, cracker, and white bread dough; with lighter notes of peppercorn, musty/lacto funk, and yeast earthiness. Light-moderate fruity/lactic tart/sourness, fruit tang/tannins, and light spiciness on the finish. Lingering notes of sour/tart/tangy cranberry, red cherries, fruit skin/pits, lemon, lime, orange, peach, pear, apricot, melon, red/green apple, red grape/wine, hay, straw, grass, wheat, cracker, white bread dough, light peper/musty/lacto funk, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Great complexity, robustness, and balance of cranberry, sweet cherry, fruity/acidic yeast, and moderate pale/wheat malt flavors; with an awesome malt/tart/sourness, and tangy fruit balance; with no puckering/astringent flavors after the finish. Fairly crisp finishing. Light-moderate increasing dryness from lingering sour/tart/tangy and carbonation. Medium-plus carbonation and light-medium body; with a very smooth, moderately creamy/grainy, and acidic/tangy/tannic balanced mouthfeel that is great. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 5%. Overall this is an excellent fruited kettle sour. All around great complexity, robustness, and balance of cranberry, sweet cherry, fruity/acidic yeast, and moderate pale/wheat malt flavors; very smooth and fairly crisp/refreshing to drink with the modestly acidic/tangy/tannic/drying finish; not overly lactic/tannic. Awesome balance of juicy/jammy fruit and Lacto complexity; with a great pale/wheat malt backbone against acidity. Minimal residual sweetness with crisp acidic/tangy/tannic dryness. A very enjoyable offering, and impressive style example as expected. Not overwhelming on any aspect. No complaints.

Can. Pink red pour. Aroma of strong lacto sourness, cherry, vanilla and tart. Taste has smooth cherries, vanilla, lacto sourness, oak, tart and some wheat. Was expecting stomache burning sourness, but this is actually quite balanced. Not very complex, but just a nice cherry sour.

(Draught at Oliver Twist, Stockholm, 26 Jan 2019) Reddish amber colour with creamy, off-white head. Fruity, sourish nose with cranberries, lingonberries and sour cherries. Fruity, tart taste with notes of cranberries, cherries, raspberries, lemon, red fruit and a slight harshness (like cherry pits). Medium body, dry. Tart and refreshing. Nice one.
