Can picked up at Westhill Service Station. It pours bright candy cane red. The aroma is sweet - sour, red fruits, tangy, jammy, cherry drops and sweetened cranberry juice. The taste is crisp, dry, tart, puckering sourness, cranberry, sour cherry tangfastics, sour candy, granny smith apple, lactic with a drying, tart finish. Average carbonation and moderate carbonation. Not a huge amount to it, but it sure drinks easy.

Can. Pours clear amber. Aroma is softly fruity, almond, cherry. Body is medium, really sour, not tart though, low carbonation. Fruity, some cherries, and I guess cranberry. Not the easiest to drink, pinching sourness. Shortish but fruity palate. Good.

Draft at Craft Brewed. Pours a light rose color with a finger and a half of champagne-like foam that lingers. Tart lemon zest and cranberry skin. Absurdly tart on the palate, not really much nuance on as usual per Destihl. Super acidic and aggressive sour that leaves nothing to the imagination. This was embarrassingly amateurish side by side with Echt Kriekenbier.

Destihl Cranberry Criek On tap at Hops & Craft, pours a clear copper red with a small off-white head. Aroma reveals light tart cranberry and some lactic notes. Flavour is similar, with lots of tart cranberry, medium tactic notes and lots of acidity. Acidic, thin and abrasive. Not impressed.

Can. Pours a clear reddish amber with a white head that dissipates quickly to the edges. Aroma has a good amount of sour cranberry with a bit of acid and light grain underlying. Flavor is full of sour cranberry with a touch of grains and a hint of yogurt underlying.

Can. A- Cranberry, slightly tart. A- Red color, clear liquid, white head. T- Cranberry, cherry, juice, tart, mild salt. P- Light body, average texture, average carbonation, tart finish. O- Not too sour. Some saltiness in there that almost makes it seem like a gose. Get some cranberry and cherry but not too artificial tasting. Drinkable.
