Backlog from 2019. Clear gold pour with lots of lacing. Aroma is citrus hops and bready, grainy. The flavor is moderately bitterness with bready malt and a little caramel. Light to med body. Fairly good. Nothing special.

A very pale blonde ale with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, light biscuit malt with grassy floral hops, light mineral notes, light citrus, pleasant. In mouth, a nice biscuit malt with grassy floral hops, light mineral notes, pleasant and smooth. On tap at Isani, Maui.

Poured from a 12 oz can. Aroma is malt forward with quite a bit of cracker malt as well as lighter notes of wheat. Medium light hop notes, mostly pine, grapefruit, resin and citrus. Pours a pale, fairly clear, yellow gold with a large, pillowy white head that slowly recedes into itself leaving a small film that lingers. Medium lacing and faint legs. Flavor is slightly sweet with a dry finish. Moderate cracker malt and light wheat notes. High bitterness and medium hop notes of pine, grapefruit pith, resin, citrus and floral notes. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, an alright pale ale. I like that the malt profile is light, but the hop profile is too light and too focused on the older C hops. Could use more fruitiness.
