16 oz can. Pours a clear light gold color with a big white head and great retention. Good lacing. Light grain nose. Smooth grainy lager flavor with a light boozy finish. A little diacetyl flavor. Smoother than the average malt liquor. 5.9 ABV is fairly hidden. Not overly aggressive.

Hey, my can says 5.8%, is this a different entry? Maybe I have the barrel aged version. Can from ABC Wailua on InBev dominated Kauai. Clear yellow color fluffy white head. Lemony cereal aroma. Taste is spiced cereal light body.

From Jun 2007

This pours from 22oz bottle(best by 06 18 07) a very lively and clear medium gold with a smallish head of foam. That soon shrinks to an island in the middle with a little lacing.

The smell has that typical big brewery nose to it. Sweet malt, maybe a bit of corn.

The taste has a mix of sweet malt, corn and some harsh hop bitterness that starts in the background and ends up in the finish...not a very good aftertaste with this one but thankfully, it's not long lasting. Right about midway through, the flavours really fall flat and it becomes very watery in body. I like the regular Mickey's more....I can't recommend this at all.

From old tasting notes. Pale yellow gold color. Brief white head. Faint sweet malt nose. Zesty sweet malt flavor is cloying. Excessive carbonation.

Reviewed from notes.
This was poured into a pint glass.
The appearance was a basic clear yellow color with a fast rising carbonation trying to fill a rapidly dieing bubbly white head. There wasn’t any lacing.
The smell had a blast of booze in the face with a sweetness that came across as sugar.
The taste followed the nose.
On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with not much of a sessionable quality to it because of the large amount of sugar involved in hitting my tongue the way it does.
Overall, more malt liquor. Well, I’m not exactly sure what else to say other than I probably wouldn’t have this again.

40 oz bottle from some purveyor of filth in downtown Lahaina, Maui, partially imbibed in our apartment in Kanapali Beach - Lord God forgive me! Light golden with a big old ’just’ off white head of small bubbles. Nose is grain, corn, light piss stains on a hot day, spicerack (mainly the smeggy bits that got stuck in the holes on top since you last used this particular dispenser - Best Before June 2005 or some shit). Taste comprises paper - not even brown, grain, light cereal, straw. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. To the sea with you ... 38oz of you ... not a patch on King Cobra !

40 @ home. I was at the "best" beer store in Las Cruces, New Mexico and this was the most unique beer that I found. Pours a touch hazy yellow appearance with a small head. Somewhat skunky, fairly aromatic, grainy nose. Chewy lemon cake flavor. Decent carbonation. Slight stomach acid note towards the finish but overall, pretty solid for a malt liqueur in the 6% range.

Real big green quart bottle from a gas station in south carolina. Never saw this before so I sprang for the 2 bucks to get it. Alarming sweeter alky aroma. First taste is not as bad as expected but there is this wierd after taste after each slug. For a lager lover this stuff is palatable. Goes down fairly easy. Pretty good sizzle on the tongue, makes it rather acceptable. Some burn going down the hatch and when it hits the tummy you know its there. Some very slight medicinal effects on the finish. Gets a little easier as the session continues.
