Bottle from the brewery. Hazy golden pour, with a huge white head. Big grassy notes, yeasty, light spice, and some big lemon zest. Mouth feel is full, and very effervescent. Finish is medium bitter, spicy cereals, with a citric finish.

Bottle from brewery showing 6.8% ABV. now. Pours a golden colour with a white cap that stays on top of the brew with creamy foam because of the heavy carbonation. The Brett is present with earthiness and funk, but not in your face. All well-blended with the Saison notes of citrus, grassiness and light Belgian Ale yeast. The taste is quite light, with more of the chemical bitterness from the hops. The citrusy notes are quite low. Kind of an easy-drinking Saison for a higher alcohol content. Good to go with food.

En fût chez Lupulus le 27 février. Des Bretts au nez avec un petit fruité tropical. Notes de mangue, de pêches. Le liquide est blond / doré, avec une petite mousse légèrement brouillée. En bouche, on a évidemment des Bretts, mais assorties d'un superbe bel équilibre entre le fruité et le sauvage. Fort appréciée.

Cask at Cask Days. Cloudy golden color. Funky tannic aroma. Taste is lightly tart, tannic, light body.
