Protèges-tibias, chaussettes en bas des mollets, lacets bien serrés sur les vissés… On déboule en première league avec TO ARCADIA, une DDH TIPA é-ner-vééééée en collaboration avec @northernmonk. Et je vous assure que les fermenteurs en ont pris plein la gueule niveau dry hopping !
Pour cette recette menée comme sur des roulettes par Brian (le sang) et @caracobeer, on a blindé notre 50 hectos avec du Citra, du Superdelic, du Strata et du Pacifica. Très sincèrement, c’est une très belle réussite.

Tap @ Café Ernst. Hazy yellow golden body under a thin white head. Aroma and taste dominated by tropical fruits, some lactose, decent bitterness.

Nose is orange pith, grass, pineapple, mandarin, papaya.
Taste comprises grapefruit, bitter tropicana, mandarin, guava, pine resin.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spiked with juicy come lightly resinous hop bitterness.
Okay DIPA.

Hazy orange colour, small white head. The aroma has dryish mango, fruitiness, and a hint of alcohol. Medium-bodied. The flavor features ripe tropical fruit, mango, apricot, and a touch of alcohol. Fruity, a decent TIPA, though with its 9% strength and flavor profile, it leans more toward a DIPA.

Med body, med-low carbo. Medium bitter, med-high sweet. Light warmth. Lots of tropical and citrusy hops character. Feels a bit basic, but works. Sweetish hoppy bar night speedrun. Average-good.

Can. A mild to medium haze on this gold beer, small and fairly short lived pale cream colour head. Light palate, moderately dry, decent fine minerally carbonation. Slightly thin bodied malts, a nice light sweetness. I can actually taste some Strata passion fruit here, hardly punchy but at least discernable, unlike so many other beers featuring this enigmatic hop. Superdelic exotics in a good balance with mild bitterness and a little hop spice. Background Citra holds it all together. Light and semi dry finish. Not a shouty dipa by any means but it does reward continued close attention with some fine hop goodness.

TIPA at only 9%? Too low for Brewver!
440ml can. Murky yellow, small white head. Aroma of fresh tropical fruits, mango and pineapple, guava. Taste is very fresh and fruity, juicy, tropical, guava, mango, pineapple chunks, sweet background malts, light bitterness. Medium bodied, might expect a bit more for a "TIPA". Banger though.
