Lovely stuff. Tart, low funk, moderate citric bite, decent salinity. Little acidic twang to finish. Great stuff.

Bottle pour at Hill Farmstead, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Nose is full of old wood, rustic saison yeast, older bugginess, some earthiness, and a touch of vinous character. Flavour is very sharp, with plenty of acidity, white wine, old bugs, and rustic notes. Either this hasn’t really stood the test of time all that well or I’m just as big a fan of this blend. A bit too acidic, lacking the depth and refinement of other CD / HF wild beers. Still very good, just far from their best.

Bottle thanks to Turd: Poured a murky yellow with white head. Aroma is citrus, fruity, pungent. Taste is tangy sour, fruity, citrus, acidic, lingers around.

Sweet share by Sam early in our little RB NC gathering.
Slightly hazy, honey pour, nice lace.
White wine, veggie green, aged hop on the nose?
Super herbal, tangerine, citrus rind, mild peanut oxidation, strong lime & alfalfa.
Extra crispy, sharp, thin, strong acid.
Every HF beer is nearly dialed in.
