Funny little bottle, shared with Marko and Fin. Light rhubarb. Strawberry maybe, lactose, canned fruit syrup. Front heavy edgy sweet, vanilla wood sticky, sour. Not too convinced.

Bottle that I picked up from Camba over a year ago and then completely forgot about. Consumed in the company of Ursula and Marko Saturday 19th July 2025 at the Mangled Ham tasting. Btw it's a very funny frosted curvy bottle, it looks like one of the vinegar bottles they (Camba) once used and which I assumed was a beer until I got home and read the details again and realised it actually was a vinegar. This has a sour, light raspberry edge, it's not bad but it's almost as if it's flirting with making a beer of this style. Not bad but it's a cagey beer, a little bit dusty, but thinking again there is a real feeling for me that it's playing at this a little.

Weird bottle courtesy of F&L at the Mangled Fly tasting. Reddish-golden body, shiny, fleeting head. Odd, not entirely inviting aroma, odd buttery bourbon notes on some sweetish raspberry jam, bit funky and vaguely tart, lightly vegetal. Lean light soft taste, dry, sourish, vague raspberry, bit metallic, bit of barrel, bit of muddled brown sugar, mainly tart though. The raspberry profile is okay, and kinda saves it. It's no lambic though.
