Druhé pivo v sérii Crispy staví na kombinaci dvou novozélandských chmelů – Motueky a NZ Cascade ze sklizně 2025 od pěstitelů Freestyle Hops. Výsledkem je světlé, čiré, suché a hořké pivo, kde Motueka přináší klasický citrusový charakter s tóny limetky, citrónu a bílého grepu, zatímco NZ Cascade přidává lehce bylinný akcent a chmelově ovocnou hloubku.

The second beer in our CRISPY series brings together two New Zealand-grown hops — Motueka and NZ Cascade from harvest 2025, both from Freestyle Hops. What you get is a crystal-clear, bitter, and bone-dry lager-like IPA with Motueka driving lime, lemon, and white grapefruit, while Cascade adds a touch of herbal complexity and hoppy fruit depth.

Clear bright copper with a tall white head. A touch sweet overall. Apricot, light berries, background citrus, maybe some resin. Medium bodied. Finish has a lightly crisp note over sweet fruits. It’s fine.

Can picked up in Plzeń, Czechia and consumed at Camping Brig, Belavici, Croatia, Saturday 30th August 2025 after a short 60-75 mins drive from Zagreb. Pours mid gold with a slim/med white head. Crisp and fruity, nice bitterness, dry, very dry, light resinous touches, very enjoyable.

# 4685; 7/2025. Sweet, apricot aroma. Clear gold body; persistent off-white head. Apricot jam, gooseberry. Lighter body, higher carbonation, crispy. Good IPA. 0,5 l, draught, craft-beer bar (Lya), Prague.

Can, thx Ravenfolk! Lightly hazy golden body, off-whtie head. Dank, resin notes in the aroma, okay. Lean, dry taste, very empty, just some herbal, resinous and citric notes but very vague... not quite there with these beers...

Thin body, med-light carbo. Medium bitterness, med-light caramel sweetness. Medium oxidation going on. Medium generic piney, grassy and general fruity hops character. Also med-light overripe and berries though, obviously oxidated. Average.
