Can, five months before bbd. Pours very slightly hazy yellow, with a creamy head. Aroma is hoppy notes, with pine, citrus peel and grassy notes, as well as some light malts with cereals. Medium body, with soft to average carbonation. Flavour is bitter hoppy notes, with pine, citrus peel, grassy notes and light tropical notes, as well as some malts with cereals and toffee. Nice and quaffable, but drinks more like a crisp pale ale than a pils.

Undated can > pilsner glass A: Finely hazed pale gold with a short head that only lasted a minute. S: Light green scent of fragrant herbs, grass, hay and crisp bread. T: Crisp, dry and bitter with hops but balanced nicely by crackers and grains. Lemony fruit lingers. M: Light body, subtle carbonation and a mostly clean finish. O: Very good. Distinctive but not overdone. Highly recommended though points for no dating.

Can from Milk and Hops-Chelsea, 11/15/16. Pours a slightly unclear golden color with small white head and some average lacing. Pale malts, dough, and bread. A bit of spice, earth, and a little grass. Grainy, slightly bitter finish. Tingly, mid-dry mouthfeel. Solid.
