Dreamed up in collaboration with some of the finest independent craft bars and bottle shops in the UK, our pals at Joule in Manchester, Kill the Cat in London and Craft Beer Bottle Shop in Perth headed to our Edinburgh brewery to create this ultra-refreshing session sour, conditioned on zingy lime juice, zest and juicy melon.

Light clear green with a white head. Aroma is candied fruits. Flavour is salted herbal fruits, melon cut with lime. Dry salty base, long dry fruit finish.

440ml can @ Belgian Beer Geeks Autumn Gathering 2025. First Vault City beer I've had in over a year! Pours a pale mist green, white head, very floral nose. Extremely floral dandelion to taste, some nettle and myriad herbal contributions balanced out with juicy lime and light melon hints. Comes together quite well. Like it.

Can at BBGG. Clear light green. Sugary lime, bubblegum, wheat, melon, sugar. Medium sweet, light sour. Medium bodied.

Couleur vert clair, col fin blanc peu tenace.
Arôme semble d’emblée plutôt ‘off’ avec une sensation de citron vert – savonneux, melon discret en retrait.
Palais sur une touche fruitée avec ici une sublimation du melon – qui rend de fait cette couleur ? douceur latente voire un peu trop sucrée en fin de bouche – apport de citron vert qui a du mal à contrebalancer la douceur trop prenant du melon ‘honeydew’.

15/8/2025. Can at Hopsters, Ipswich. Green pour with a big head. Limey, sweet melon, tangfastic aroma. Quite a sweet sugary taste, with light to moderate tartness. Medium body, a little sticky, quite lively. Liked it, but the sticky sweetness was too dominant for my liking.

Melon, kiwi, lime, sweet and very easy drinking, this is refreshing!
