Reviewed from notes.
Can to tulip.
Appearance: golden yellow to copper color with a two and a quarter fingers of white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: citrusy hops, some pineapple-y hops; biscuity/bready malts then a sour/yogurt/lacto character but super light
Flavor: meshes the prior noted aromas and adds in a little bit of passion fruity to peachy sweet to tart tones; finishes pineapple-y with some passion fruit & peachy tones
Texture: light to medium bodied, seemed to be slightly sessionable; light smoothness but also some sour to tart aggressiveness
Overall: I think there's a Berliner weisse somewhere in this beer but so much extra hopping seemed to have hid those BW qualities. I think I could come back to this for me.

Draft at Beltway Brewing Company. Poured a hazy light yellow color with a small, wispy white head. Aroma was nice fruity, tropical fruit tartness. Light grain. Touch of creamy tartness here. Pretty tasty.

Orange tang, some bread yeast. Tangerine. Pours hazy yellow with decent head. Good stuff. Listed perhaps erroneously at Beltway as a Berliner Weisse. Tap.

Bottle. Pours crystal clear yellow, large creamy white head, dissipates slowly, nice lacing. Aroma is lime, guava, mango, hay. Flavor is light tart, super juicy, tropical citrus, guava. Light plus body. Very good - I love Grimm's dry hopped sours.

22oz bottle pours a murky gold with a ring of white head. Nose is OK, straw, dusty couch, lemon, some raw pineapple. Flavor is better, more clear pineapple here, lemon, a little flavored seltzer. Medium bodied, tart finish.

Bottle drunk 7/21/17.
Hazy, not intensely-so, goldenrod yellow with a fluffy, white head that steadily recedes to cover.
Intense dry-hopping is matched by the tart, lactic character and pineapple, passion fruit, unripe nectarine and guava all surge forth. Biscuity malts, light cereal and a touch of salinity round out the finish and it's quite fresh, aromatic and clean, if a bit aggressive on the unripe yellow fruit and yogurt-like lactic character.
Hoppy and a bit more balanced in flavor, with no resin or problematic hop notes balanced by a soft malt texture that is well-attenuated. Biscuity with notes of cereal, hay and such leading to tons of passion fruit, lemon, pineapple and strong unripe nectarine. Gains some juiciness as it warms and breaths.

Pours hazy straw into a snifter. Bright white head with excellent retention top hats and does not recede. Lemon and hay aromas. Soft with pineapple and apricot upfront turning to tart lemon before the lasting grassy hop finish.
