Draft at Kleine Wereld, Breda. Very hazy amber brown with an off white head. Aroma of tart and sweet cherries, light smoke, light spicy notes, caramel, malt, light banana and yeast. Flavour is above moderate sweet, light to moderate bitter and just a touch sour. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

0.33 l bottle from ’Sterk Avondverkoop’, best before March 2018. Murky, dark reddish brown with a thin, frothy, slowly diminishing, off-white head. Sweetish-malty, smoky, a bit fruity and a little yeasty-spicy aroma of mainly smoked ham, caramel, some cherries and a touch of overripe banana. Rather sweet, minimally sourish, malty, very smoky, slightly fruity and a little yeasty-spicy taste of caramel, lots of smoked ham, more cherries than in the aroma, caramel, nuts and some overripe banana, followed by a medium long, moderately bitter, very smoky, slightly yeasty-spicy and minimally tart finish. Over medium-bodied, slightly oily and minimally effervescent mouthfeel, very soft carbonation. Very interesting, a bit heavy on the smoke maybe as the other flavours are a bit too weak, but overall a nice sipper if you like smoked ham aroma in your beer.

Bottle at home, dark brown/red beer, small head. Aroma is smoke, smoked ham, malt. Taste is the same, cherry, strawberry, wheat, sweet and a hint of tartness, weird but interesting

Bouteille 33cl, BB 22/02/2018 bought at Outlet Piwny - Źródło Niebanalnych Piw i Alkoholi. Cuivrée voire pourpre, col fin beige. Arôme au nez typiquement allemand au niveau levure rappelant une hefe, rétro fin fumé avec petite note épicée de girofle, l’effet cerise reste cependant assez modéré. Palais est marqué par un effet malté conséquent indiquant bine ce côté de weizen bock, le fumé est là avec un accompagnement malté virant sur le cara Munich, pâle et crystal. Le tout col aux lèvres. Douceur de caramel rappelant un peu le mélanoid allemand. Fini cerise est ok quoique pouvant paraitre être surfait et accompagnant bien le caractère fumé de cette bière.

Keg at the Warsaw beer fest 2017. A hazed reddy orange coloured pour with a a fine pink head. Aroma is smoked raspberry, bbq banana, toffee. Flavour is composed of earthy toffee, tart raspberry, banana,. Palate is semi sweet tart, wheat, moderate carbonation. Good.

Medium sweet flavour with nips of peat, smoked ham, sugary wheat bread. Medium to full bodied with fine carbonation. Sweet finish, more sugary wheat, strong smoke, peat, faint berries. A fun novelty.
