Bottle. Color: Dark ruby, very thin beige head. Aroma: Malty, Bourbon. Taste: Full body, low carbonation. Malty, spicy notes, nuts, almond, caramel fudge, hints of dark fruit. Hoppy background. Over moderate to medium sweet, moderate to over moderate bitterness. Nice slow sipper.

Tap at Peders Barreled Souls TTO (02/08/2025) - Sweet dark warming malty with lovely molasses throughout, some nice spice, cocoa, warming bourbon coming through, full bodied, dark sweet warming malty close. Great stuff.
