Bottle, directly from brewery webshop end of january 2021, bottle on Wild 4-pack. Keeping Porter aged on oak barrels 2015 vintage, according to the label, so looks like it's the brewery aged version of the previous ratings. Color: Very dark ruby, almost black, thin beige head. Aroma: Brett funk, some roasted malt and tart fruity red/dark fruit. Taste: Moderate sour, light to moderate sweet and bitter, dark roasted and bit burnt malt, some dark roasted coffee beans, subtle Brett funk, leathery notes, notes of red and dark fruit and hints of wood. Medium to just below medium body, I expected a little more body. Below average carbonation. Nice, but a bit rough.

Draught @ Proeflokaal Arendsnest, Herengracht 90, Amsterdam, Netherlands 1015 BS. [ As Butchers Tears Archimedes Q ].Clear dark brown black color with a large, creamy, good lacing, mostly to fully lasting, beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, dark malt, tart malt, sour fruit, wood, light vanilla. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet, light acidic and moderate bitter with a average to long duration, dark malt, roasted, tart, sour, tart wood, light berry.
