Colour: Striking, rich deep gold in colour.
Aroma: Lifted and attractive aromas of stewed dark apple fruit
with lovely underlying white flower / honeysuckle and
butterscotch notes.
Palate: Lively and fresh with balanced sweet fruit, acid and
bitterness. The complex cooked dark apple and plummy
flavours are held within a lovely full palate with a long drying
balanced finish that screams for food

Panda from danlo, thanks Ed. Clear pale gold with no head. Aroma: apple, honey, mild white grape. Taste: medium sweet, tangy, white wine, dry finish with some tannins. Medium body with low/no carb.

750ml bottle from Oak Barrel, Sydney. Yellowy gold colour, short-lived bubbly white head and aroma of apple, fleshy, wood, white wine note. Taste is sweetish, fruity, appley, oak, white wine, some tartness, with bittersharp tannin. Medium bodied, light carbonation, dry tart & tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.
