This beer is substantial! The robust body from Golden Promise malt and oats enables it to carry a serious dry-hopping of Krush Cryo, Idaho 7, Citra and Mosaic hops. We allowed it a lengthy conditioning time for a juicy sensation without the green character often associated with big beers and substantial dry hops.

Panda at home, thanks to Kenneth, 14/12/2025.
Moderately hazed golden to light amber topped with an off white cap that thins to the edge.
Nose is bitter orange, hop spice, grapefruit, light booze whisper, mandarin.
Taste comprises bitter orange, grapefruit, pine needle, mandarin, grass.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a balanced rising boost spliced with resinous hop bitterness.
Decent enough QIPA ... doesn't run sweet and maintains a good bitterness level.

Can. A mild haze on orange gold beer, small bubbly pale cream colour head. Smooth palate, a mild mild viscosity, decent fine carbonation. Soft malts, a forward creamy sweetness that I would say would be overcooked in most DIPAs and up. Here, it works perfectly. The hops deliver soft pine into juicy candidate dried fruits and tropical fruits. Apricot comes to the fore briefly, then candied mango and stone fruits. Fairly light finish brings the mildest touch of fruity vodka, blink and you will miss it. Nice job, this to me is what QIPAs should be doing, bringing something a bit different with their big old abv. I think this brew does that with aplomb and, the drinkability is pretty dangerous.

Can, #855, seven weeks after canning. Pours cloudy dark golden, with a big creamy head. Aroma is sweet grassy hops with tropical notes of mango and apricots, as well as malts with bread, honey and oaty minerals. Full, creamy body, with soft carbonation. Flavour is dank hops with tropical notes.

served cold from can. Very full bodied hoppy aroma, faint sour dough, herbal hops, a lot of pine, some grapefruit. it's like the aroma is wrapped in over itself but the massiveness of the beer can still be sensed.mild. but very very nice aroma.
flavor is sweet malty, herbal hoppy, very sweet, green grassy hoppy, grapefruit more faint. intense flavor. alc cannot be tasted but it easily felt. The beer could become quite different when warmed up i think.
I'm quite impressed how they managed not to make it more boozy, given the very high abv. it is quite sweet though.

200ml draught at Habitat. Unclear dark golden body, covering white head, upper part lacing on the glass. Mid-sweet hop driven smell, hints of tropical fruits and citrus. Heavy taste profile, impacts of pineapple and ripe orange joined by soft malts. Sweet juice fruity end with noticeable alcohol. Not easy to drink, but fair enough. (In friendly company with Anders (anchr), Trondheim, 13.09.2025).
