A classic malty West Coast IPA hopped with Centennial and Chinook for pine and bitter citrus fruits. Simpsons Double Roasted Crystal adds complex caramel and dried fruit notes with a beautiful red-brown hue.

Cask at the Bear, Paddington on 8th August 2025. Clear copper with shallow off-white foam affording scant lacing. Sweet caramel malt aroma. Malty in-mouth with sweet berry fruits and a sharp line of furniture polish that cannot be missed or avoided. This diminishes somewhat in the finish allowing tangy fruits to re-emerge. Medium bodied with a smooth mouthfeel.
