12oz can. Unfiltered deep orange body. Sort of has more of a Zwickel or Landbier thing going on as much as Pale Lager. Drinkable, but sort of messy. Aroma is unenjoyable, factory plastic offness. Oh..just checked the date. Canned 4/25/19. It is 7/13/20 now. Lets just say this one doesn's cellar well.

Can: Pours hazy, amber-gold with a chunky, off-white head. Grain malt aroma. Taste is a bit of corn, biscuit, caramel malt. Light leafy/grassy hop bitter.....some metallic notes. Not too bad, just not as crisp and clean as preferred.

Corn, barley malt, and straw aroma. Slightly hazy golden yellow with giant off-white head. Moderately sweet corn syrup, light barley malt, and mildly bitter hay flavor. Light body. Tastes like a City Brewing cheap lager.

[16oz can from Total Wines, Naples, Fl.] A light amber pour with a thick cream head; malty aroma; smooth malty taste with just a touch of grassy bitterness, and a dry finish. Not matching my idea of a lager in any way.

Perfect day to try this pounder can, its below zero in pgh. Pour is almost clear darker pale. Thin foamy head. Smell is nearly sweet malt. Stronger beer with quite an impressive kick to the palate. Slight medicinal feel. Decent co2. Starts to show a few manners in the middle. Is it trying to be civilized? Grainy malt taste. Some herbal properties. Smooths out a little in the end.

16 ounce can into lager glass, canned on 3/22/2018. Pours slightly hazy deep golden amber color with a 1 finger fairly dense and fluffy off white head with good retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Nice spotty lacing clings in the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of cracker, white bread dough, and toasted biscuit; with light notes of honey, nuttiness, pepper, and herbal/grassy earthiness. Very nice aromas with bready malts and light earthy hop notes; with good strength. Taste of big cracker, white bread dough, and toasted biscuit; with light notes of honey, nuttiness, pepper, and herbal/grassy earthiness. Mild herbal, grassy, spicy bitterness on the finish. Lingering notes of cracker, white bread dough, toasted biscuit, light honey/nutty/pepper, and herbal/grassy earthiness on the finish for a while. Very nice robustness of bready malts and light earthy hop flavors; with a good malt/bitterness balance, and no cloying/astringent flavors after the finish. Very clean on lager flavors, with minimal fruity/yeasty notes present. Lightly increasing dryness from lingering bitterness. Medium carbonation and medium-plus body; with a very smooth, creamy/bready/grainy, and lightly sticky mouthfeel that is nice. Zero warming alcohol for 5.3%. Overall this is a delicious amber lager. All around nice robustness of bready malts and light earthy hop flavors; very smooth and pretty refreshing to drink with the mildly bitter/drying finish. Very flavorful with a sizable body for the ABV. Very clean and rich Pils/Munich malts; with solid earthy hop balance against sweetness. A very enjoyable offering, and spot on style example.

Had offsite meeting that ended early stopped by WOB for some new brewery ticks. Normal lager colored. Nose is grainy and doughy. Tastes of raw dough, some peppery notes, lemon air freshener. Crisp.

16 oz can. Hazy amber color with a white head and fair retention. Spots of lacing. Caramel and grain flavors with a slightly acidic hop finish. Not bad.
