Citra, Ella and Hallertau Blanc combine for a soft and expressive Pale Ale that balances zesty citrus with complex floral notes and nuanced fruitiness. Lime and grapefruit, ripe pear and lychee are backed by a gentle herbaceousness and a whiff of white wine.

Can sourced from Fuss Club at home in London - 24/11/2025 Grapefruit and gooseberry coming through, some melon and a splash of lime, pale malts, medium to light bodied, refreshing tasty easy going brew.

Pint at Beer Shop Hitchin. Good in the glass and overall a fine pint. I still don't get how this is a pale ale, but that's probably my age.
