Flaska från SB. Doft av läder och lite rök. Lätt kropp, krispig, söta gröna äpplen, ganska strama tanniner och en påtaglig skalbeska. Annorlunda och god

Bottle shared thanks to sjogro. Clear golden, small head. Crisp apple, dry apple peel, leathery, watery apple juice, old peach. Medium seret, light bitter. Crisp medium body, over medium dry. Not bad.

Bottle 37,5 cl. 4.5% ABV in my version. Pours a clear golden with a fizzy, dissipating white head. Dry apple aroma, rather discreet though. Medium body, quite fizzy, appley with quite some tannins, but not really Brett. Dry finish. Straight an very decent, if very burpy. 110724

(Bottle) Hazy amber colour with brief, off-white head. Fruity, spicy nose with notes of red apples, orange, honey and earthy aromas of barnyard and stable. Fruity, spicy taste with red apples, honey, orange, hazelnuts, hay, hints of cinnamon and a light smoke touch coming through in a dry finish. Medium body, mainly dry, but some sweetness is coming through. Balanced acidity. Slightly spritzy mouthfeel. Tasty and refreshing. Quite nice.

Unclear golden color with a white head. Decent intensity in the aroma. Medium body and an average carbonation level. Ok balance between sweetness and acidity. Semi dry texture. Green apples, citric, yeast and some peat in the flavor.
