Old Fountain. Keg. As ’Unfiltered Pilsner’. Clear gold beer with a small white head. Light crisp palate. Smooth lagerish malt. No off notes. Minerals. Light noble hops, whisper of citrus. Crisp finish. Clean and refreshing.

Keg as "unfiltered pils" at Old Fountain. It pours clear gold with a thick, fluffy white head. The nose is soft, doughy, toasty, grass, light spice and grain . The taste is smooth, crisp, grassy, light pepper, grain and grass with a dry finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Clean, crisp and rather drinkable. A tasty lager.

Keg at the Old Fountain, badged as ’unfiltered’ pils, 13/11/13. Clear golden with a good sized white head, decent lacing ensues. Nose is light bread dough, straw, a little citric tang, cereals. Taste comprises earthy tones, citric notes, corn bread, grassy. Medium bodied with a lick of spritz atop a fine carbonation base, clean finish. Decent pils.

Keg. Soft toffee malts, crisp bitterness but too cold and fizzy.
