On a flight in their Tap Shed on 9th July 2024. Slight haze in the body, no head. Dry, almost sour cooking apple feel to this one. Found it 'hard work'.

Bottle, courtesy of DerA. Pours unclear palest yellow. Aroma is apple and dry hops indeed, mostly citric and grassy, dust and a bit metallic. Body is medium, some sweetness, rather tart, green apples, strong carbonation. Not super exciting, but good.

Can. Pours a bit hazy straw, small fizzy white head, no residual or lacing. Aroma is a bit funky, green apple, pine, hint of pine Sol actually. Flavor is dry, no bitterness, light funk, hint of green apple tartness. Light plus body, bubbly carbonation. Decent.

A few ounces from a 16 oz can at Dominion Wine & Beer poured into a Belgian snifter. Thanks Tyler/Alex! Hazy yellow. Aromas and tastes of apples and champagne, light floral and oak. Light body with a very dry finish.
