We added a single hop, the Mandarina Bavaria, at five different moments which resulted in a subtle, layered hop profile. The scent of tangerine and other citrus tones of this German variety beautifully complement its typical wheat beer freshness. Quite nice, fresh, dry finish too

Sampled from tap @ Bar Becoloth, Boxtel. Clear bright yellow color, medium to full sized white head that lasts for a long time and leaves good lacing. Smell and taste wheat, lightly a hint of spice, spicy hops, ight to moderately bitter. Ok body and carbonation.

On tap @ In De Wildeman, sample size, courtesy of the ever wonderful staff! Hazy oale yellow color. White, somewhat frothy head. Aroma from the glass is somewhat sweet, coriander, citrus. Retronasal it’snot sweet at all, but herbal, hoppy. Flavor is light to moderate bitter with a light fruity sourness to it. Light bodied. Long finish develops towards a firm bitterness. Nice and easy drinking.
