33cl bottle. Poured a slightly hazy straw colour with a thin broken white head. The aroma is mineral acid citrus. The flavour is light sour with a soft tart lemon citrus acid palate. Light to medium bodied with average carbonation.

330ml bottle. Slightly milky, yellow-ish, pale golden colour with average, frothy, fairly lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Spicy, herbal-salty aroma, hints of salted lemon and coriander. Taste is mildly tart, salty, hints of lemon juice, soured milk, a touch of black pepper and coriander. Nothing spectacular, but a nice, mild and beginner’s compatible Gose.

[ As Jopen / Del Ducato Coastal Gose ].Unclear light to medium orange yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, moderate yeasty, fruity, tart fruit, soured milk notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate acidic with a long duration, tart citrus - fruit, yeasty, fruity, salty notes. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. (Draught at Jopenkerk, Haarlem, 27 Aug 2015) Cloudy yellow colour with frothy, white head. Fruity nose with notes of citrus, lemon peel, grass and white bread. Fruity taste with white bread, lemon, coriander and grass. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness and hardly any bitterness. Fresh and tasty, but not very salty. Quite nice.

Post Borefts VII, Day 2 - Den Haag walkabout. Bierspeciaalcafe De Paas. Bottle. Hazy gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is light and mildly crisp. Mild savoury note and a little sweet floralness. Tangy ripe orange. Trace of lemon before a mildly crisp finish. Not bad.

[9/23/15] Draught at Arendsnest in Amsterdam. Hazy pale yellow. Aroma of wheat, a bit of lacto, coriander, citrus. Sourish flavor, salty, with wheat, coriander, lacto. Quite light-bodied. Refreshing.
