(Draught at the brewpub, Berlin, 21 July 2010) Pale yellow colour, cloudy, with frothy white head. Fruity nose with citrus, banana and vanilla. Malty, fruity taste with notes of citrus, clove and a touch of banana. Light body, fairly dry. Decent and refreshing weizen.

Draft. A very light golden unclear beer with a lazing white head. The aroma has strong notes of wheat as well as lighter notes of banana, yeast, and cloves. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt and wheat as well as lighter notes of straw, yeast, cloves, and banana, leading to a dry wheaty finish. The body is light.

06/03 Draught at the brewpub. It poured cloudy yellow body with medum sized head. Fine estery aroma, especially banana is prominent. Flavor was fine but, similarly as dunkel too malty, fruity, bubblegum etc. Full bodied and very cloying. Finish is little bit too sweet for my taste. Excessive Weizen in all means, so a bit strange, but pleasant enough I would say.

Draught at the brewpub. Poured a murky yellow body with a small white head that went away slowly. Fruity, sweet nose, some banana. Light, fruity-yeasty, slightly bready. Some pollen, nice overall if boring.

(Draught at the brewpub on 2009-02-06) Pale orange and cloudy. Dense white head. Banana and hops in aroma. Medium bodied palate with medium carbonation. Banana, hops, grass, fruitiness and bitterness in taste. Bitterness, banana and fruitiness in aftertaste.

On tap. Hazy yellow with a dense, white head. Distinct yeast aroma. Medium body, fairly sweet banana and cloves and some yeastiness. Some bonbon notes. Ends soft and without bitterness. Pleasant and quaffable. 080109

Hefiger und erdnussiger Antrunk, etwas malzig in angenehmer und ausgewogener Intensität. Im Mittelteil weitestgehend gleich, das Bier wird nur etwas hellmalziger. Der Erdnusston bleibt, wird aber süßer. Darunter findet man die deutliche Hopfigkeit, welche aber zum Ende geringer wird. Zum Ende dunkler. Nettes Weizen. Test vom 13.8.2008, Gebinde: Fass Noten: 14,11,11,12,-,11 - 11,47

From tap at the brewpub. Pours hazy yellow with a white head. Mild fruity ester aroma. Flavour starts sweet and banana fruity yet not overdone. Mild yeasty and estery flavour. Smooth and fruity into a mild finish. Mild citric touch into the finish.

(Draught at the brewpub)Cloudy yellow color, white head. Spicy floral hoppy scent, also banana. Banana metallic and sweet flat taste. The scent promised, though the taste didn’t deliver. Spritzy mouthfeel, low bitterness.
