Draught @ Franklin Tap, Chicago IL (Dec 2025). Clear dark brown with red highlights, small frothy beige head, caramel-maple/molasses aroma, low carbonation, mildly sweet lightly woodsy caramel, alcohol undertones, dark chocolate maple syrup, smooth thin body, long finish. Boozy but pleasing.

Medium brown, thin head. Aroma has the same base fig, brown sugar and fruity rich malt, but with strawberry. Has more carbonation, so lighter body. Jammy strawberry, chewy malt base, again those more English bw flavours with vanilla and tannic dryness.

12 oz can. Aroma has notes of toffee, vanilla, strawberry, earth. Pours opaque caramel brown with an immediately collapsing beige head. Taste is bittersweet and a little tart with flavors of toffee, vanilla, bourbon and strawberry. This is so good.
