a highly aromatic IPA showcasing Krush, Ekuanot, and Simcoe hops.
We were immediately won over by its intense, fruity profile, bringing notes of juicy peach, ripe mango, guava, and citrus.

This beer was designed and brewed from start to finish by Ithier, our production intern for the past two years. Unfortunately (for us), his internship is now coming to an end, and it’s time for him to leave our Ermitage. To celebrate the close of this wonderful chapter, we handed him the keys to the brewhouse for a recipe of his choice. The result speaks for itself—there’s not much more to say except that we are incredibly proud. Proud of him and his journey, but also proud to have shared our workdays with Ithier and his contagious good mood.

He has been a remarkable and endearing colleague over these past two years. His absence will be felt in the months ahead, but that’s life—and if any brewery out there is lucky enough to hire him, they surely won’t regret it...
In Between His Walls is now available in cans and on tap.

(Draft at Le Barboteur, Brussels, 17 Sep 2025) Cloudy golden colour with creamy, off-white head. Fruity, hoppy nose with notes of pineapple, mango and grapefruit. Fruity, hoppy taste with pineapple, mango, grapefruit, white bread and a balanced citric/tropical bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with a slight sweetness. Tasty and refreshing. Very nice.

33cl can, BB 30/02/2026 - ok, février n'a jamais 30 jours.
