A Czech-style dark lager crafted for easy drinkability. Aromas of cocoa nibs, light molasses, and herbal hops give way to flavors of baker’s chocolate and gentle roast. Poured from a Lukr faucet to enhance the drinking experience.

From Beer Drop, 00433 stamped but I don't know what that means.
It pours a dark amber brown with a large head of off white foam. Retention and lacing are very good.
The smell is roasted malt, cocoa, a little bit nutty, has some hop bitterness.
The taste matches the smell with the roast tasting somewhat on the burnt side. Which is fine.
Overall mouthfeel is fine.
I would drink this again.

Can at home. Lovely looking pour, just super inviting copper hued with a finger beige topping. Nose is caramel and herbal. Tastes bready, some malt, caramel, herbal, hint of sasparilla, tree bark, molasses. Smooth creamy palate. Hint of burnt toast on finish.

Side pour at the tasting room, 9/4/25.
Clear, medium-dark amber. Big, creamy, beige/butter head.
Pure mineral/yeast nose with a touch of toasted hazelnut. Soft, damp, earthy hop with a touch of pepper. Beautiful, subtle stuff.
Similar, easygoing flavors with that malty but attenuated, fluffy at times, creamy, yet crisp texture. Light toast in the finish with pepper and earth and brown bread. Very low sweetness. Per usual, ridiculously drinkable and not overdone with the dark malt character. Mild-to-moderate herbal hop on the finish with a touch of lemon brightness. Very balanced.

Pours deep mahogany into a willi. Tan head with medium retention recedes to hug rim. Brown bread and raisin aromas. Dry with sweet molasses, brown bread, date and raisin upfront turning to dry, earthy bark in the lasting finish.
