It's the second time we've teamed up with our friends from the farm for a TIPA and this does not disappoint.
Lashings of Krush, Citra and Motueka act in harmony to create a bubblegum symphony of flavours. It transforms across the palate, from sweet to dank and savoury, maintaining a balance all the way. It's as opaque as the cloudy Manchester day, but it will brighten up yours.

Keg at Enid. Hazy yellow gold beer, small white head. Airy palate, mildly dry, decent fine minerally carbonation. Light smooth pale malts, a mild creamy sweetness. Good hop bitterness. Hop spice. Boxy citrus. Light and semi dry finish. Nice edge to this one, drinkable as well.

Keg at Enid Street. Hazy.. waxy... dark gold. Thick foamy white head. Aroma is dannkkk as (I need to google fank to see what it means, yo). Herbs and vinous notes over bubblegum sweetness and malts. Flavourwise we have a cacophony of sorts. A clash of the herbs and vinousnessness of the Kiwi hops and the sweet juicy fruit other hops. But it works. A big bitterness with sweet highs and lows. The booze then closes preceedings. Thick. Oily. Pithy. Soft carbonation. Long dry astringent finish l. Yeah. I likes.

Appearance is murky yellow, with a small fizzy white head. Aroma- grassy hops, oniony notes, grapefruit, gooseberries, pineapple, dank hops. Taste is oniony savoury hops, sweet candied fruit, hop bitterness, orange peel, stewed hops. Good, slightly rough around the edges.

Op tap bij Borefts '25. Troebelgele kleur, witte kraag. Netels, zoet, fruitig, hoppig, boozy, typische TNEIPA wat mij betreft en het is verre van m'n favoriete stijl. Medium body. Niet al te zoet gelukkig.

A murky bright golden yellow beer, no head. Aroma of dank, fresh grassy and citrusy hops, yeast, stone fruits. Taste of yellow stone fruits, apricot, mango, dank, moderate bitterness. Good.

440ml can. Opaque yellow, white head. Aroma of guava, mango, lime, mandarin. Taste of ripe tropical fruits, guava, mango, zesty lime, mandarin, grapefruit, some hop spice and some piney bitterness. Full bodied, smooth. Really impressive TIPA, no real booziness to it. Very well done. One of the best TIPAs I've had in a while!
