Cask @Het Kelkje poured into a large shaker. Clearly different from the bottled version. Hazy deep golden colour. Medium sweet and bitter, sweet malt, grain, quite yeasty, grassy hops. Taste medium sweet and below medium bitter, grainy, yeast, spicy notes. Medium body, creamy texture. lively carbonation, smooth sweetbitter aftertaste, fresh, good bitters, very, very nice indeed.

Prost!

Bottle picked up from Liebick Getränke, Germering, and consumed at home Attenkirchen, Wednesday 19th February 2020 listening to 6Music, Loz cooked Spaghetti Carbonara. Pours pale gold with a white head. Soft mouthfeel, a little cereal, a touch of wheat, nice hoppiness which builds pleasantly. Good beer, nay a very good beer.

Swing top bottle. Blonde, cloudy. Soft flowery aroma. Citric flavor, somewhat chalky. Just a bit thin, hop flashes in the aftertaste. Maybe Schwester Doris’ s beers should be enjoyed at the monastery.
