De Bottle Brew 6 is weer een knaller. We hebben een zware Imperial Stout gebrouwen van bijna 16%. Door de wort een hele dag te koken, hebben we een bier gecreëerd met een bijzonder volle en geconcentreerde body. Een bier, dat niet alleen kracht uitstraalt, maar ook diepgang biedt in smaak en beleving. Verwacht intense tonen van chocolade en geroosterde koffiebonen.
Afgevuld in een stijlvolle 75 cl fles, is dit bier bij uitstek geschikt om te delen of juist om er zelf langzaam van te genieten tijdens een speciaal moment. De bieren uit de serie Bottle Brew worden altijd in kleine hoeveelheden gebrouwen en zijn dus beperkt verkrijgbaar. Wees er dus snel bij. Op = op!

75cl bottle @ Benzai's Anti-Carnival Valentine's Day Tasting, Feb 26. Pours pretty much black, menacing dark tan head. First sip brings a palate coating cloak of dark malt, very nicely balanced and not too boozy given the strength, warming kick at the back of the throat.. straightforward tone but boosty

Bottle shared at Anti-Carnavalstasting 2026. Opaque black color, small light brown colored head. Smell and taste malts, roasted malts, light soy sauce, boozy, fairly sweet, boozy bitter. Solid but heavy.

0.75 l bottle from the brewery's web shop best before December 2030. Pitch black with a thin, frothy, slowly diminishing, brown head. Intensely sweetish-malty, gently roasty and slightly fruity aroma of dark chocolate, coffee, some licorice and a touch of dark fruits. Heavily sweet, malty, quite roasty, gently bitter, slightly boozy and a little fruity taste of praline, mocha, some licorice, hints of roasted hazelnut and traces of dark fruits, followed by a long, gently roasty-bitter, slightly powdery and moderately boozy finish. Full body, thick and oily mouthfeel, flat. Very rich and saturating brew, not overly complex or refined though. Tasty, but so far maybe the worst bottle brew.
