From tap. Pours cloudy red with a small white head. Aroma is butterish and dry cherry. Citric and slight herbal. Dry and bitter. Butterish and dense cherry. Dry fruity finish.

Draft @ ACBF 2015.

No head; flamingo to pale cyclamen red, clear beer, no carbonation visible. Liquorice, toasted waffles; fruit only as a faint aroma, or fruitdrink as Hero. Sweetish, bit dull, until the finish where fruitacids finally appear. Aromacomponents, including retronasal are terribly lacking. Very light, obviously. MF doesn’t give any carbonation either. I hoped for far better, seen the name.

bright red, small head. Cherry aroma is great. clean, fruity, very fresh aroma with a bit of wheat. Oh, this is nice. more than just sour, you get a straight up cherry beer, good mat backbone to balance things out. really enjoyable.

7/III/15 - on tap @ ACBF 2015 (Vichte) - BB: n/a (2015-324) Thanks to all for sharing today's beers!
Clear pale red to pinkish beer, small aery pink head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: lots of butter, diacetyl, sweet, bit sugary, more diacetyl, fruity touch. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: sourish, buttery, weird, bit off, sweet. Aftertaste: fruity, cherries, diacetyl, yoghurt. Nope, this is not good at all. Did anyone taste this stuff? How did they think they'd get away with this?

Cask @ at Old Coffee House, no head, hazy cherry red colour, vinous aroma with some vinegar and berries in the back, dominant flavour of sour cherries, quite sour but not too piercing. Nice and easy to sip.

Tap at the Old Coffee House, thanks to Jan for the pour, 18/01/13. Obscured crimson with a thin off white head that clears to a light film. Nose is sour cherry but very light in this respect, hint of piss, musty dank tones. Taste comprises lightly soured cherry, light sugars, berry fruit. Medium bodied with light carbonation, mildly tarte in the finish. Ok and drinkable but not sour enough!

(Draught at King William IV, Leyton, London, 22 Nov 2012) Hazy red colour with foamy, white head. Fruity, sour nose with notes of cherries, red fruit and a fairly fresh acidity. Fruity, tart taste with cherries, red fruit and a dry, fresh acidity in the finish. Light body, quite dry and tart. Low bitterness. A bit weird, but quite drinkable and refreshing. Nice one.
