A clear golden beer with a white head. Aroma of citrusy hops, yellow stone fruits, some grapefruit. Taste of yellow stone fruits, apricot, mango, some floral hops, moderate bitterness.

Fluffy, frothy white head over slightly veiled yellow golden beer. Faint asafoetida, pineapple leaves, cheesecrust, dried grapefruitpeel. Dry, hopoils, dry leaves and light breadcrust. Faint hay, quite aromatic flavours. Feels light for an 8% beer (dextrine working, according to the brewer). Well carbonated. Dry, less fruity than a West Coast would be. Txs to Fr!
