On parle toujours du côté obscur, mais cette fois, on voulait montrer de quoi le houblon est vraiment capable. Bright side of the hops est notre hommage à la clarté souvent négligée de l' IPA. Pas de flou, pas de brouillard, juste une bière nette, vive et éclatante qui laisse toute la place aux arômes de houblon. La preuve que la brillance, ce n'est pas qu'un look, c'est un état d'esprit.

A very slight haze, bright light golden with good active carbonation, a huge white head, good retention, leaving weblike, sticky lacing. Some good, fresh hoppiness with grassy-herbal notes over mild malts. This continues in the taste with the grassiness, a touch of citrus and getting a tad tart, like oats. Weird that they mention no fog, no haze - but it does keep on getting hazier as it pours from the can. Other than contradiction - a decent IPA (that seems like a blend of both coasts).

A hazed golden ipa with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, grapefruit pulp, pleasant. In mouth, a nice biscuit malt with resinous hops, light mineral notes, pleasant. Can at Oktoberfest de Repentigny 2025.
