Women’s Euro beers 14/16 - Italy 🇮🇹 Smells funky and tart. The flavor is extraordinarily lacking - dry and crisp, with a slightly unpleasant finish. One of the weirdest bottle arts I’ve ever seen though, so kudos I guess.

Bottle. Pours a clear bright straw with a white head that dissipates quickly to the edges. Aroma has grass and flora with some herbs, light fruits and straw backing. Flavor has dry grass and straw with some light fruits and flora backing.

Bottle 330ml. @ The Shnoodlepip, London. [ As Toccalmatto / Stillwater Toats ].Clear light to medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, wheat, herbs, spicy, moderate yeasty, coriander ? Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration, fruity, spicy, herbs, saison yeast, lemon. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. 33cc bottle from Abeervinum, Rimini, Italy. Expired two months ago. Pours pale yellow with limited white foam. Aroma is rather tart, with some sour candy flavour. Body is light with moderate carbonation. Taste is slightly bitter, with a hint of sour and limited sweetness. Finish is average.

Poured at Shelton Festival, hazy yellow with small white head that lasts. The aroma is yeast, oat, grass, lemon zest. Medium body, yeast, floral, oat, citrus, light dry finish, very good.

High Wycombe House Warming. Light haze on this pale gold beer, thin white head. Palate is light and semi dry, good fine crispness. Light clean pale malts, sweetish. Sweet floral mid. Light lemony citrus offsets well. Smooth floral finish. Pretty smooth and drinkable.

Bottle at Colin’s. It pours lightly hazy pale gold with a medium white head. The aroma is soft, sweet, perfumed, sugary, plum, nectarine and candy. The taste is sweet, sticky, sugary, white bread, white grape, perfumed, minerals, floral and soapy with a dry finish. Medium body and soft, foamy carbonation. Fair at best.

Can at The High WyCum tasting, Chez Bois, thanks to Kenny 05/11/16. Hazed golden with a decent off white cap. Nose is funky tropical shreds, spice, straw, grains, on the turn melon. Taste comprises funky melon, pineapple, straw, mandarin, soft bread, light yeast esters. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi dyring close. Decent hoppy saison.
