A layered, bitter West Coast IPA brewed together with Drinkotéka. Simcoe shows its classic West Coast profile – pronounced resin and citrus peel intertwined with pineapple, apricot, and subtle tropical fruit. The dry, crisp and clean body supports a bold hop character ranging from firm bitterness to jammy fruit tones, leaving a long, precise finish.

Copper orange with a white cap. Citrus, floral and light pine resin. A bit disjointed. Not sure which west coast they are referring to but it is the OG one. It’s alright.

Sweetish, mineraly and fruity with some malts, pine, citrus and grapefruit. A bit unbalanced

On tap at Purkmister Sun in a Glass Bierfest, Purkmister brewpub, Plzeń, Friday 19th September 2025 after a walk from our campsite at Škodaland Plzeń into the city then back out after a couple of beers in the city. Pours mid gold with a white head. Nice streaky citrus, bittersweet but nice balance, a touch simplistic but nonetheless it's a good beer.

Tap at Drinkøteka for its anniversary, of course! Resinous and floral predominantly with a good layer of jelly and citric notes. Medium to light body, creamy, herbal, floral light low dank maybe, solid bitter kick. Not a classic WC in some aspects, but a tasty beer nonetheless!

End of keg. Med-thin body, med carbo. Med-high bitterness, med sweetness. Med-light caramelly maltiness, medium tropical fruity hops character. Feels a bit tired, still goodish, but not great.
