Draft tulip at Oak & Steel in Kansas City, Missouri. The pour is orange golden, slightly hazed, with a foamy ½ inch white head that leaves behind nice lace. The aroma is soft leather Brett, citrus of pineapple and tangerine. The taste is a really gentle blend of grain Saison notes, the citrus of the pineapple and tangerine and finishing with the drying Brett. The palate is medium bodied with soft carbonation and the dry citrus Brett finish. Really nice.

375mL 2025 bottle drunk 1/27/26, as pictured.
Always look forward to a new entry in this fantastic series and it doesn't seem like it's going to disappoint. Nose is a luscious, aromatic, balanced mix of authentic, attenuated fruit and wonderfully-expressed, easygoing Brett. Add some rustic grain, a touch of wood and call it a day!
A bit more tart than usual, thanks to the specific adjuncts. Bitter may be more accurate than tart. But nonetheless, it's still lovely. Light but ample, biscuity texture with ample carbonation. Tons and tons of flavor with a near-perfect balance. Just enough bitter/tart to balance the supple malts. I hope they keep up frequent releases of this series.
