Sampled from bottle @ Hey Julien is back and Dean’s floor is moist tasting. Hazy pale yellow color, medium sized white to off-white head. Smell and taste malts, lightly hops, bitter but also a little dusty. Average body and carbonation.

Bottle at THT. Clear golden with small white head. Chalky, light grains, gooseberries, chemical notes with some toothpaste, artificial lime, light herbal hops. Light sweet and bitter. Thin bodied with quite some carbonation. Don’t like this much.

Another sugar-free Caulier that is not to be confused with the family brewery in Péruwelz, this one hopped with Simcoe. Snow white, finely structured, moussy head, bright yellowish blonde colour with vivid sparkling likely due to the champagne yeast they used. Strong bouquet of noble hops, mango, melon, marzipan, lychee, limoncello, champagne; dry taste, malt sweetishness and citrussy freshness, almost champagne-like finish, refreshing. A lot better than their Blonde and Brune.
