Inspired by balmy and barmy nights on the strip, this West Coast-style Pale Ale leans into the pine and stone fruit of Simcoe and pairs it with the pink graprefruit notes that Talus imparts to deliver a beer that's bright and bitter with an enticing aroma and flavour.

440ml can. Almost clear golden amber with a white head. Aroma of grapefruit, piney resin. Taste of grapefruit, floral/herbal notes, piney resin, pale biscuity malt base, good bitterness. Medium bodied. Nice little westie.

[On tap at the Greyfriar, Reading.] A hazy amber pour with an immediate ring of white head; fruity aroma; crisp fruity malt taste; then a gently bitter fruity finish with a touch of vanilla fudge. Very tasty and drinkable but hard to pin down.
